No. For legal reasons, SWITCH only discloses or shows the transfer code to the owner of the domain. If you are the technical contact, you can request a transfer code by going to www.nic.ch. The code will then be sent to the owner. You can then ask the owner to give you this code. The code then allows you to transfer the domain manually. This requires you to enable the I am the webmaster requesting on behalf of a customer option in the transfer process.
