Cloud Office Mobility enables customers to synchronize the data they previously stored in Webmail with their smartphones.
The following versions are supported for Nokia:
Symbian s60 with Mail4Exchange 3.x
Please make a backup of all your local data on your Nokia.
For Nokia smartphones, you will need an additional program that enables you to set up an account for Cloud Office Mobility.
is not yet installed, you can download it directly from the manufacturer Nokia: http://www.nokia.de/service-und-software/software/mail-for-exchange
From the menu, go to "Installations" -> "Mail for Exchange".
f you have not yet defined any Exchange account, you will automatically be asked whether you want to set up an account; proceed with "yes". If you have already set up an account and want to change it, go to "Options" -> "Edit Profil".
Enter the following data:
E-Mail-Adresse: Your personal account in Cloud Office Premium.
Domain: This field merely contains the domain name, i.e. everything after @, e.g. your-own-domain.ch
Benutzername: The user name relates to the part before the @ of your e-mail address, e.g. your.name (not firstname.lastname@example.org)).
Passwort: Enter the password for your e-mail address here.
Confirm with "OK"
In the second step, enter the following data:Server: office.hostpoint.ch
Sichere Verbindung: Yes
Access Point: Specify the connection you want to use here (e.g. WLAN or data transmission)
Now select "Options" -> "Synchronize".
As the communication takes place via an encrypted connection, you will need to accept our certificate issued for "office.hostpoint.ch".
Select the data to be synchronized and determine whether the local data are to be retained.
