All new customers are automatically assigned a Hostpoint ID.
All existing customers can request a Hostpoint ID if they wish, though we strongly recommend that you create a Hostpoint ID as it helps you keep track of your products and accounting details. But of course, you are free to decide whether or not to use it.
Support and accounting will continue accepting your change requests directly.
As a technical contact or web master, you also have a Hostpoint ID, which gives you access to all of the hosting accounts authorized by your customers.
You can, of course, continue using your server username to access hosting accounts.
