If you have forgotten your Hostpoint ID, you can request a new one online:
If your contact email address is no longer valid or you have not received our emails, we can send your login details by express mail to the billing address. Contact our support staff using the contact form or one of the other contact options. The next time you log into our Control Panel, please remember to update the contact address for your Hostpoint ID.
Make sure that the contact email address of your Hostpoint ID is current. We need this address to reset passwords, send newsletters, customer notifications, etc. Change the email address right after logging in for the first time so that we are always able to get in touch with you.
In the Control Panel under Admin, click on HOSTPOINT ID and then CONTACT to make changes to the contact email address for your Hostpoint ID.
