Your Hostpoint ID is associated with an e-mail address, which might be something like

info@your-own-domain.ch

Your Hostpoint ID lets you manage your products and accounting details. The Hostpoint ID gives you access to all of your hosting accounts.

The username of the hosting login is 7- or 8-character such as "Ihreeig" and is found in the contract of your server. The hosting login can still be used to access the control panel. Also the hosting login can still be used for FTP access.

You can use both usernames to log into https://admin.hostpoint.ch. If you have lost the passwords for one or both of the logins, use the "Forgot your password?" feature to receive an e-mail containing a new password. I've forgotten my password.
