Your website is hosted on a web server that records every action of your website visitors in so-called "log files". Logaholic can display valuable information about visitor behavior from these files in an understandable format. The data is imported into a local database where your website's visitor history is stored.
Most other statistics programs are based on a data collection method that uses JavaScript tracking. For this, an additional Java code of the program must be inserted into the code of the website, which "marks" visitors with a cookie and sends the data to a central server.
