As a Domain Shield customer, the domain loss protection service is enabled for you automatically. You do not need to activate it first.

Settings related to the domain loss protection service are available on your Hostpoint Control Panel. You can specify how you want to be contacted (e-mail, text message, telephone) if there are problems with payments for your domain renewals. Alternatively, you can specify whether authorized persons and/or authorized agents should also be contacted.

You will primarily be contacted through your e-mail address, which is the same as your Hostpoint ID.
