How can I claim my 30 day money-back guarantee?

Please send an e-mail to billing@hostpoint.ch. Indicate your user name and mention that you would like to remove your server account within the 30 day money-back guarantee period.

NOTE: Only properly canceled (i.e. within the stipulated cancellation period) contracts can be canceled from the Control Panel. The money-back guarantee can be only be claimed by sending a request in writing by email (billing@hostpoint.ch), fax (+41 0844 09 09 09), or mail.
