You must cancel your server or domain name in written form no later than 30 days before your contract expires.
The notice must be signed and sent as a PDF attachment, by conventional mail or by fax. Otherwise, your contract will renew automatically for the same period (refer to How long are the contract periods?). The desired form can be found in the control panel of your Hostpoint ID under "Admin > Form".
You can also cancel your contract in the Hostpoint Control Panel. Log in with your Hostpoint ID and cancel the contract by selecting the contract administration item under Admin.
