Why have you blocked access to my server?

If your server is blocked, it is probably because you have not paid your bill on time.

To put your server back online, we need you to send us confirmation of payment by mail or from your bank. Fax your confirmation to +41 844 09 09 09 and indicate the domain as well as your first name and last name on the payment confirmation, so that we can identify you immediately.

You can also pay your bill online by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PostFinance Card) or PayPal: https://billing.hostpoint.ch. Please note that we do not accept debit cards. Send us an e-mail with the domain as well as your first and last name, so that we can identify you immediately once you have paid the outstanding invoice.
