In the Hostpoint Control Panel, you can give access to your domain to another person. This makes sense if a third party, such as a webmaster, takes care of your domain.
To give access to a domain, proceed as follows:
- Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
- Open the menu item “Admin”.
- Click on “Hostpoint ID” > “Domain access”.
- Switch to the “Access right on my domains” tab.
→ Access rights already granted are displayed here. - Click on “Give access to a domain”.
- Select the domain to which you wish to grant access.
- Enter the Hostpoint ID of the person to receive the access right.
Note: if the person does not already have a Hostpoint ID, they can create one here. - Click “Save”.
→ The access right is assigned and is displayed in the overview.
→ The person will be informed of the assigned access right by e-mail and will now have access to your domain.
