This is not a problem. The Cloud Office Mobility account is set up as a so-called “Exchange” account and does not affect the e-mail accounts set up with POP or IMAP.

However, as Cloud Office Mobility also synchronizes e-mails, the POP or IMAP account becomes obsolete. It is up to you whether you keep the POP or IMAP accounts or whether you only use the Cloud Office Mobility account on your smartphone.
