Cloud Office Mobility allows you to synchronise data from Cloud Office with a mobile device such as a smartphone. The “Exchange ActiveSync” (EAS) protocol is used for the synchronization.
The following data from Cloud Office can be synchronized:
- My address book
- Global address book
- My calendar
- My tasks

The Cloud Office Mobility account is set up as an exchange account and therefore does not affect the e-mail accounts configured in parallel for POP or IMAP.
However, because Cloud Office Mobility also synchronizes e-mails, the POP or IMAP account becomes irrelevant. It is up to you whether you want to keep your POP or IMAP accounts or use only the Cloud Office Mobility account on your smartphone.
