If messages in the inbox of Cloud Office are shown in grey and crossed out, this is because the same e-mail address is also set up as an IMAP account in Microsoft Outlook. If messages are deleted from this email account in Outlook but are still in the “Recycle Bin” folder, they are shown crossed out. Once these messages are permanently deleted, they disappear completely from Cloud Office.
