Do Hostpoint employees with remote support have access to my computer?

No. The TeamViewer software allows our support staff to provide you with visual assistance using a blue arrow on your screen, for example, to show you the fields that you need to fill in.

However, you must enter the data yourself, as TeamViewer does not permit our staff to enter any data on behalf of users.

It is therefore not possible for staff to access your computer.

The remote support session ends as soon as you have exited TeamViewer, after which our staff can no longer see what is on your screen. You do not need to log out.
