When you contact our support team, you may be asked for a so-called “support code”. This code is used for authentication when making inquiries by telephone or e-mail.

To generate a support code, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
  2. Click on “Admin” in the menu at the top.
  3. Click on “Support Code” under “Hostpoint ID” in the left-hand menu.
  4. Click on “Generate support code”.

→ The support code has been generated. It is valid for two hours and can be copied to the clipboard via “Copy”.
