If the code does not work, click the “I’m having problems logging in...” link underneath the blue button for additional help. Then choose “I can’t generate a code with my authenticator app.” and follow the instructions below:
Since you are currently unable to generate a valid code with your authenticator app on your mobile phone, we can send you a one-time code via text message (SMS) to the phone number you have provided.
