If the code generated with the authenticator app is not accepted, you can have a one-time code sent to you by SMS.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Click the “I’m having problems logging in…” link underneath the “Login” button.

  2. Click the “I can’t generate a code with my authenticator app.” link.

  3. Click the “Receive code by SMS” option.

→ A one-time code will be sent via SMS to the phone number saved in the Hostpoint Control Panel.

To continue using two-factor authentication for your Hostpoint ID, you will have to reactivate it as described in this guide.
