Log into the Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID and password until you get to the entry for two-factor authentication. Underneath the blue “Log in” button, select the link “I’m having problems logging in...” for the next options.
Then select “I received a deactivation code by mail.” and enter the code from the letter in the corresponding field on the page.
Following this, two-factor authentication is deactivated for your account and you can once again log in directly with just your Hostpoint ID and password.
You can reactivate two-factor authentication if you wish.
