DNS changes are made as soon as you want to disconnect a specific service for your domain from Hostpoint. For example:
- Operate website externally (Such as Wix, Jimdo, Squarespace or similar).
- Operate a mail server externally or by yourself
- Use services such as Google G Suite
The provider of the new service will instruct you to make certain DNS changes in your zone. You will receive the values required for this from your provider.
