You have received an invoice from Hostpoint, but you are not sure if it is a genuine, unaltered invoice? You can easily check this by taking a look at the billing overview in your Hostpoint Control Panel.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Log into the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
  2. Open the menu item “Admin”.
  3. Click on “Invoices”.
    → All open invoices for your Hostpoint products and services will be displayed.

If the invoice in question is not in this overview, you may have received a fraudulent email in our name (phishing). Such e-mails often request immediate action (e.g. payment, provision of credit card information or login data), often with a very short deadline and the threat of blocking the account. In such a case, we ask you to ignore this invoice or delete it immediately.

We are very grateful for your valuable information. We ask for your understanding that we cannot respond personally to all the reports we receive. During active waves of phishing, we often receive many messages from alert or concerned customers.
