How do I pay invoices?

Payment methods for customers in Switzerland

Please note that we do not accept debit cards.

LSV/Debit Direct

Swiss customers can pay their bill automatically by direct debit. Print and fill out the corresponding form and send it by post to your bank (in case of LSV) or to the post office (in case of Debit Direct).

Receive invoice via e-mail

If you would prefer to receive future invoices conveniently by e-mail, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
2. Click “Admin“ in the menu and then click on “Payment methods“ on the left.
3. Under “Available payment methods“ click under “E-Mail invoice“ on “Activate“.
   
4. Enter the desired e-mail address, to which we will send you the invoices in the future.

Payment methods for customers in Germany and Austria

All customers with a billing address in Germany and Austria can pay by invoice. You can also pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PostFinance Card) or PayPal: https://billing.hostpoint.ch
