E-Mail invoice is offered to all customers with billing address in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
If you prefer to receive future invoices convenient by E-Mail format rather than on paper, you can activate receiving the E-Mail invoice in your Control Panel:
- Log in to the Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
- Go to «Admin» and click on «Payment methods».
- Under «Available payment methods» click under «E-Mail invoice» on the «Activate» button.
- You can enter the desired E-Mail address, to which we will send you the invoices in the future.
Payment reminders will still be sent by post.
