E-Mail invoice is offered to all customers with billing address in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

If you prefer to receive future invoices convenient by E-Mail format rather than on paper, you can activate receiving the E-Mail invoice in your Control Panel:

  1. Log in to the Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
  2. Go to «Admin» and click on «Payment methods».
  3. Under «Available payment methods» click under «E-Mail invoice» on the «Activate» button.

  4. You can enter the desired E-Mail address, to which we will send you the invoices in the future.


Please note that in the future there will be charges for the delivery of paper invoices. Payment reminders will still be sent by post.
