If you have a Hostpoint ID, you can cancel your contracts directly in the Control Panel under «Admin» > «Contracts».
To cancel a contract, click «Details» and «Terminate». The contract will then be canceled automatically at the end of the current contractual period.
Otherwise, for legal reasons we require a cancelation notice in writing signed by the contract holder.
If you do not have a Hostpoint ID, you will need to obtain the cancelation form from us. Please send a brief E-Mail to our billing department (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
You can send us your cancelation request by E-Mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), fax (0844 09 09 09) or mail.
As soon as the cancelation has been processed, we will send you a confirmation.
