In order to cancel registered domain names with Hostpoint, please log into the Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.

At «Admin» > «Contracts» you will see all of your various Hostpoint subscriptions.

To cancel a domain name, click «Details» and «Terminate». The domain name will then be canceled automatically at the end of the current contractual period.

If you do not have a Hostpoint ID, you will need to obtain the domain cancelation form from us. Please send a brief e-mail to our billing department (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

If you would like to transfer the domain name to a different registrar, you will probably need a transfer code (also called «AuthCode»). You will find more information on how to obtain the transfer code at «Where do I get a transfer code for my domain?».

If you want to transfer the domain to another account at Hostpoint, no transfer code is required. The change in this case requires a change of ownership form. You can also either find this in the control panel under «Admin» > «Forms», or briefly contact our accounting department.
