In the Hostpoint Control Panel

If you have a Hostpoint ID, you can cancel your contracts directly in the Hostpoint Control Panel.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
  2. Click on “Admin” in the menu at the top.
  3. Click on “Contracts” in the menu on the left.
  4. Click on “Details” next to the desired contract.

  5. Click on “Terminate”.

  6. Confirm the cancellation and enter the password of your Hostpoint ID.
  7. Click on “Next”.

    → The contract will be canceled automatically at the end of the current contractual period.

By e-mail or mail

If you do not have a Hostpoint ID, for legal reasons we require a cancelation notice in writing signed by the contract holder.

You can send us the cancelation form by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or mail.

As soon as the cancelation has been processed, we will send you a confirmation.
