Where do I get a transfer code for my domain?

To obtain a transfer code for your domain, you must cancel the domain name with us, the registrar.

If you have canceled your domain in the Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID, please send our billing department (billing@hostpoint.ch) a brief message requesting the transfer code for the domain.

If you have canceled the domain using the form, you can include a brief request for the transfer code on the form. Otherwise, you will need the Domain Name Transfer Code form signed by the contract holder of the domain. To obtain this form, please send an e-mail to our billing department (billing@hostpoint.ch).
