New customers
If you are not yet a Hostpoint customer, your Hostpoint ID will be created automatically from your E-Mail address during the ordering process.
Existing customers
Log into your Control Panel in the usual way. Go to the «Admin» menu item and click the button «Create your Hostpoint ID now».
This step is necessary to verify you as the rightful owner. You can find out your current billing address from our accounting department or in the Hostpoint Control Panel. After logging in, click on «Admin» in the top menu and then find your current «Billing address» in the middle section.
Once you have received your authentication code, follow the instructions included in the correspondence.
A notification that the Hostpoint ID has been created as well as the password will be sent to the E-Mail address you specified.
As a technical contact/consultant of a Hostpoint customer
Simply create your own Hostpoint ID here.
You can now log in to the Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID, where you can then send a request to the respective owner granting authorization for one or more servers.
