To change your Hostpoint ID, proceed as follows:
- Log into the Hostpoint Control Panel using your current Hostpoint ID.
- Click “Admin” in the top menu and then “Change login details” next to the “Hostpoint ID” field.
- Enter your new Hostpoint ID and confirm the change with your current password.
Note: Your new Hostpoint ID must be a valid e-mail address. - Click the “Change Hostpoint ID login details” button.
→ An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your new Hostpoint ID. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail to activate the new Hostpoint ID.
