To change your Hostpoint ID, proceed as follows:

  1. Log into the Hostpoint Control Panel using your current Hostpoint ID.
  2. Click “Admin” in the top menu and then “Change login details” next to the “Hostpoint ID” field.
  3. Enter your new Hostpoint ID and confirm the change with your current password.
    Note: Your new Hostpoint ID must be a valid e-mail address.
  4. Click the “Change Hostpoint ID login details” button.

→ An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your new Hostpoint ID. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail to activate the new Hostpoint ID.
