How can I change my Hostpoint ID?

To change your current Hostpoint ID, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your current Hostpoint ID.
  • Click on "Admin" in the top menu and select "Change login details".
  • In the next step, set your new Hostpoint ID and confirm the changes with the current password of your Hostpoint ID.
  • To confirm the changes, click on "Change Hostpoint ID Login details".
  • You will receive an e-mail confirming your new Hostpoint ID, which needs to be activated.
