Reset password
If you have forgotten your Hostpoint ID password, you can reset the password:
- On the Control Panel login page, click on the «Lost Your Password?» link.
- The system will prompt you to choose between Hosting and Hostpoint ID.
Click «HOSTPOINT ID».
If you have forgotten your hosting password, click «HOSTING». - Enter your Hostpoint ID in the first field.
- In the second field, type in the CAPTCHA code.
- Click «RESET MY PASSWORD».
- We will send you an E-Mail with a link to the contact address associated with your Hostpoint ID.
- Click the link included in this E-Mail. Next, you will be taken to a page where you can set a new password for your Hostpoint ID.
I do not know the E-Mail address for my Hostpoint ID.
Request your login details by post
If the E-Mail address we have on file is no longer valid or you do not receive the E-Mail, our support team can send your login details by conventional post to the billing address. Contact our support team about this.
Make sure to update the E-Mail address for the billing contact the next time you log into the Control Panel.
Update your contact E-Mail address
Make sure that the contact E-Mail address of your Hostpoint ID is current. We need this address to reset passwords, send newsletters, customer notifications, etc. Change the E-Mail address right after logging in for the first time so that we are always able to get in touch with you.
In the Control Panel under «Admin», click on «HOSTPOINT ID» and then «Contact» to make changes to the contact E-Mail address for your Hostpoint ID.
