In Cloud Office, you can also set up third-party calendars, such as the one from Google.
To do so, proceed as follows:
- Log in to Cloud Office with your e-mail address and your password.
- Open the calendar application.
- Click on “Add new calendar” > “Subscribe via URL (iCal)” in the calendar overview on the left.
- Enter the iCal URL of your Google calendar.
Note: You can find the iCal URL in the settings of your Google Calendar: “Settings for my calendars” > Select the desired calendar > “Integrate calendars” > “Private address in iCal format”. - Click on “Subscribe”.
→ The calendar is now added and displayed in the calendar structure on the left. Sometimes it takes a few minutes until all appointments are loaded correctly.
