You may not see all of your folders in Cloud Office. Often, this is because subfolders that have been in your e-mail account for a long time are not automatically visible.

To display these folders, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to Cloud Office with your e-mail address and your password.
  2. Click on “Settings“ at the top right of your user's tile.
  3. Click on “Mail” in the left-hand menu and then on “Change IMAP subscriptions”.
  4. Place a check mark for the desired subfolders.
  5. Click on “Save”.

→ When you switch back to your mailbox, the selected folders are visible in the folder structure on the left.
