I don't see all of my folders in Cloud Office

Any subfolders you created before switching to Cloud Office Webmail will not be shown automatically.

You must activate them first. Click on the user icon at the top right and then on «Settings». Then click on «E-Mail» on the left side.

Click the «Change IMAP subscriptions» button and activate the desired subfolders with a check mark.

Once you have saved this setting, the subfolder will appear in the overview.
