In your calendar in Cloud Office, it is possible to create an appointment that contains a link to the free video conferencing solution “Hostpoint Meet”.
To do so, proceed as follows:
- Log into Cloud Office with your e-mail address and your password.
- Go to the calendar in the blue menu at the top.
- Select the desired calendar on the left and click on “New appointment”.
- Select the “Hostpoint Meet” option for the “Conference” field.
→ The link for the appointment will be generated and shown automatically. - If you wish, you can copy the link directly into the “Location” field with just one click. This way, the participants can see at a glance that the appointment is taking place online.
→ The participants will now receive a link to the Hostpoint Meet with the invitation.
