In your calendar in Cloud Office, it is possible to create an appointment that contains a link to the free video conferencing solution “Hostpoint Meet”.

To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Log into Cloud Office with your e-mail address and your password.
  2. Go to the calendar in the blue menu at the top.

  3. Select the desired calendar on the left and click on “New appointment”.

  4. Select the “Hostpoint Meet” option for the “Conference” field.
    → The link for the appointment will be generated and shown automatically.
  5. If you wish, you can copy the link directly into the “Location” field with just one click. This way, the participants can see at a glance that the appointment is taking place online.

→ The participants will now receive a link to the Hostpoint Meet with the invitation.
