How do I schedule recurring appointments?

Are you using Cloud Office’s calendar function and wondering how to schedule recurring appointments? We explain the necessary steps below: 

1. Log into your Cloud Office Mail and go to the Calendar in the blue menu at the top.

2. Select the calendar on the left and then click on “New appointment”.

3. To create a recurring appointment, tick the box next to “Repeat” and then click on the day of the week shown in blue.

4. You can now define all settings for the recurring appointment.

5. Create the desired recurring appointment by clicking on “Create”.
