Thanks to the requirement of approval integrated into our domain misuse protection, no-one can take possession of your domain without authorization or misuse it.
Domain Guard
With domain misuse protection (Domain Guard), you can select one authorized person.
If changes are made to the domain, the authorized person may confirm or reject the changes within seven days. If the authorized person does not respond within this period, the changes are applied.
Domain Guard Pro
Domain Guard Pro lets you select up to two authorized persons.
Changes to the domain are only applied once they have been approved by all authorized persons.
Domain Guard Pro is an upgrade to Domain Guard and costs an additional CHF 8.00 per year. You can easily order the Domain Guard Pro add-on in your Hostpoint Control Panel. Log into your Hostpoint Control Panel, navigate to your domains, and click on «DOMAIN SHIELD» in the domain list. Please note that Domain Shield has to be activated for the particular domain in order to activate Domain Guard Pro.
