With your Hostpoint ID
You can cancel Domain Shield with your Hostpoint ID in the Hostpoint Control Panel under «Admin» > «Contracts».
You can also cancel a subscription immediately, but any fees that you have paid will not be refunded.
By e-mail, mail or fax
You can also cancel Domain Shield in writing by e-mail, mail or fax (signature of the owner/authorized signatory always required).
