With your Hostpoint ID

You can cancel Domain Shield with your Hostpoint ID directly in the Hostpoint Control Panel under “Admin” > “Contracts”.

An immediate cancellation is possible, but any fees that you have paid will not be refunded.

By e-mail or mail

You can also cancel Domain Shield in writing by e-mail or mail. In this case, the signature of the owner is required.
