I don't see all of my folders in Cloud Office

Any subfolders you created before switching to Cloud Office Webmail will not be shown automatically. You must activate them first. Click on the gear icon (settings) at the top right and then on E-mail on the left. Scroll down until you see IMAP folder subscriptions. Choose Change subscription and select the subfolder(s). Once you have saved this setting, the subfolder will appear in the overview.
