If Apple Mail stores your E-Mail messages in other folders than Cloud Office Mail, the reason is that Apple Mail does not recognize the folder structure of Cloud Office Mail and therefore creates it's own folders. 

In this tutorial we will show you how to unify the folder structure.

  1. Click on the desired folder in Apple Mail for example «Deleted Messages»
  2. Now select the on the top the menu bar the item «Mailbox» and then «Use This Mailbox As».
  3. Now select for example «Trash Mailbox» and the folder «Deleted Messages» is recognized as «Trash».

The same approach is valid also for all other folders:

  • Drafts
  • Sent (sent messages)
  • Spam (junk)
  • Trash (deleted messages)
