DKIM is an e-mail authentication method that adds a digital signature to e-mails. The recipient’s server can verify this signature with a public key stored in the DNS zone of the sender domain.

To activate DKIM for a domain, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the Hostpoint Control Panel with your Hostpoint ID.
  2. Open the “E-mail & Cloud Office” area.
    → A list of all your e-mail addresses opens.

  3. Click on “Display Cloud Office groups” at the top right.

  4. Select the required Cloud Office group.

  5. Click “Enhanced protection” in the left-hand menu.
    → A list of all domains linked to this Cloud Office group opens.
  6. Click “Edit” for the domain for which you would like to activate DKIM.
    → The status of the settings for this domain is shown.

  7. Click Edit for “DKIM”.

  8. Activate DKIM.
  9. Click “Save”.

  10. If required, repeat the process for other domains.

→ You have activated DKIM for the corresponding domain.
