Have you forgotten the password for your e-mail address and your Cloud Office account? This article explains how to reset your password.
A password is set for each Hostpoint e-mail address. You need this password to log in to Cloud Office and to set up your e-mail address in the e-mail program of your choice (e.g. Outlook, Apple Mail).
If you forget your e-mail address password, you can reset it on the Cloud Office login page. Find out exactly how this works in the following section.
If you manage your e-mail address yourself, you can also change the password directly in the Hostpoint Control Panel. To do so, follow the instructions in “How do I change the password for my e-mail address?”.
